Silvia Carter brings over 10 years of corporate structure and administrative experience to her role at Renaissance Downtowns USA. She holds a Bachelors in Communications – Organizational Development and a Business Minor in Human Resources from California State University Long Beach. Her professional experience in grass-roots community engagement, and market development provide a solid foundation for RDUSA’s vision and mission.
